Pakistan-India Track II diplomacy on Kashmir likely to start again

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and India are likely to start 'Secret diplomacy' regarding the Kashmir and border disputes. PM Nawaz and PM Modi have decided to start backdoor channels for comprehensive discussion on Kashmir dispute. As per sources, both countries foreign secretaries will discuss Kashmir dispute but their mandate will be restricted to necessary confidence-building measures for improving the atmosphere as well as situation along both sides of the Line of Control (LoC). Matters related to border and Kashmir dispute will be discussed in foreign secretary level meetings. The hardcore issue of Kashmir would be discussed in backdoor channels talks.
