Former PM Nawaz Sharif may land into trouble

ISLAMABAD: A petition has been filed for restraint of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif from diplomatic passport, requesting his arrest on his return.
According to details, a petition was filed in the Islamabad High Court to stop the issuance of diplomatic passports to former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. The petitioner Naeem Haider filed the petition through his lawyer.
The petition said that Nawaz Sharif is a notorious criminal, issuance of passport should be stopped and arrest of Nawaz Sharif should be ordered by hearing the petition today.
The petition lists Nawaz Sharif, Home Secretary and Foreign Secretary as parties and seeks to arrest Nawaz Sharif on his return.
