Federal Government to bear loss of Rs 250 billion for not raising the petroleum prices

PML N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that in the last days of the previous government it was decided to keep the price of petrol at Rs. 149. It was decided to keep the price of petrol of the previous government till June 30.

He said that the government of Pakistan has paid Rs. 35 billion in the last 15 days for this decision.

If the prices of petrol and diesel remain the same till June 30, then federal government to beat loss of Rs 250 billion.
