PMLN decides to woo disgruntled Chaudhry Nisar

LAHORE – The senior leadership of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz has decided to woo the disgruntled member of party Ch Nisar.

According to media reports, Shehbaz met with angry Nisar to get his support for general elections on Sunday.The meeting held on an occasion when Ch Nisar is continuously expressing his reservations with party leadership.

Both leaders agreed to solve outstanding issues.Shehbaz also advised Nisar to remain silent on party matters.

The senior leaders of PML-N also discussed the issues relating to party’s reorganization in Sindh.

Moreover, according to sources, the two party leaders discussed in the two-hour-long meeting the recent defection of PML-N lawmakers from south Punjab.

Furthermore, in February it was reported that Nawaz had parted ways with his longtime associate Nisar and decided to not extend an invitation to him for the Central Working Committee session.

In view of his services for PML-N for last 22 years, the party leader requested him to contest elections from PML-N’s platform.

It is worth mentioning that Nisar in his recent press conference said that he had not asked for the party ticket to anyone.He was responding to Nawaz’s daughter and upcoming party leader Maryam’s statement that people not hopeful of getting tickets from the PML-N want to join rival Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
