Afghan National Army Commander killed in blast

PUL-I-ALAM - An Afghan National Army (ANA) commander was killed and three other soldiers were injured in a landmine blast in central Logar province on Saturday, an official said.
Logar Governor’s spokesman Saleem Saleh told Pajhwok Afghan News the blast killed Commander Abdul Wahab of the ANA’s 203 Thunder Military Corps in Abchagan area on the outskirts of Pul-i-Alam, the provincial capital
The incident happened at around 3pm this afternoon, he added. There was no claim of responsibility for the blast till filing of this report.
