Has Government found the man of their choice for judicial commission ?

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court retd Judge Sarmad Jalal Osmany is likely to lead Commission to probe into the Panama Leaks allegations as government has shortlisted his name to head the commission.
Sources claimed that Sarmad Jalal has agreed to head the Commission when he was contacted by government in this regard however, government has been demanded by former judge for giving competent officers team to probe into the Panama Papers.
Sources added that former justice is ready to investigate the matter but he put few conditions before the government, demanding experience chartered accountant and capable police and FIA officers for his team.
Name of Justice Sarmad has been finalized by government to lead the commission and started to search his team, sources stated, adding mentioning that former judge would be informed by government again in this regard after finding his required team.
An official letter has yet been issued to justice Sarmad by government and the announcement of his selection would be made soon.
It is also worthy to mention here that several former judges were contacted by government including Tassaduq Jilani and Justice Nasirul Mulk but they refused to lead the inquiry commission.
