Meeting held to review socio-economic effects of CPEC projects

BAHAWALPUR: A meeting was held to review the progress and socio-economic and constructive effects of ongoing development projects of Bahawalpur Development Profile and CPEC being constructed in Bahawalpur Division.
The meeting was attended by Federal Parliamentary Secretary Economic Affairs Kanwal Shauzab and Commissioner Bahawalpur Division Nayyar Iqbal. The participants of the meeting were briefed about the progress of the projects, quality of material being used in the construction and comprehensive mechanism of monitoring of all the projects of Bahawalpur Development Profile. The parliamentary secretary was briefed about the mega projects being constructed under CPEC in Bahawalpur division and their socio-economic outcomes.
