SARGODHA - For the first time in the history of Pakistan US made F-15 fighter jets of the Saudi Arabia Airforce have landed in Pakistan for a bilateral exercise.

6-ship of the Saudi Air Force F-15 Eagles, assigned to the 13th Sqn, arrive to Mushaf AFB, Pakistan for exercise 'ACES MEET 2017'.

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are conducting the bilateral exercises at the PAF Base Mushaf. The bilateral exercises were planned in order to enhance the bilateral defence ties and to learn from the experiences of each other.

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are important defence and strategic partners and such exercises have been conducted earlier but however the important aspect of the joint military drills is that for the first time the most advanced US made fighter jets F-15 are being deployed in Pakistan.
