US top diplomat Col Joseph reportedly leaves Pakistan: Sources

ISLAMABAD – US diplomat Col Joseph, who had crushed a youth to death by violating a traffic signal, left Pakistan on Monday.
Diplomatic sources said that Co Joseph has exemption under the Vienna Convention 1961 and Pakistan Diplomatic Privilege Law 1972, 92 News has reported.
Earlier on Saturday, the authorities had stopped Col Joseph from leaving Pakistan.
As a result, C-130 plane had to leave with his family and luggage from Nur Khan Airbase. Col Joseph was again shifted to the US Embassy.
