Rule of law must for progress, prosperity of any society: Achakzai

ISLAMABAD:Governor Balochistan Muhammad Khan Achakzai has said that rule of law is must for progress and prosperity of any society.
He was talking to a delegation of lawyers, who called on him at Governor House in Quetta on Sunday.
Achakzai said that the menace of terrorism and crimes could only be overcome by establishing rule of law in the society.
The Governor said that both Bar and bench are part and parcel of each other and both of them jointly work for supremacy of law.
Achakzai commended establishment of two new benches of Balochistan High Court in Khuzdar and Loralai districts.
He added that establishment of both the benches would help in disposing of the pending cases and provision of in expensive justice to the people at their door steps. APP/AFP
