Pakistan’s Foreign exchange reserves crosses $21 billion: Governor SBP

ISLAMABAD: State Bank of Pakistan Governor Ashraf Withra said that country's economy is not facing the internal challenges while government should take concrete measures to increase the tax income.
As per details, he was addressing the investors of Pakistan Stock Exchange here at Monday. Talking about the foreign exchange reserves he said that it has crossed $21 billion.
Ashraf Withra further added that country's economic situation has been improving for the last 2 years and is still improving.
Interest rate is on lowest level so investors should expand their business by taking advantage of this opportunity.
Governor SBP stated that it is the best opportunity for investors to invest in new projects because of the reduction in interest rate and improvement in law and order situation.
Government should take effective measures to increase revenues by keeping in view limited resources, he added.
