Sri Lankan President lauds Pakistan Navy maritime security efforts in the region

COLOMBO – Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena has on Wednesday called on Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Zakaullah in Colombo.
During the meeting, the Sri Lankan President lauded the efforts of Pakistan Navy for the maritime security in the region.
He also recognized the cooperation extended by Pakistan Navy to Sri Lanka in the recent floods.
The Naval Chief assured continued cooperation in the area of training to the Sri Lankan personnel of armed forces.
