US State Department refuses to comment on recent deaths in Kashmir

WASHINGTON : State Department spokesperson Mark Toner said Pakistan suffered a lot in war against terrorism.

US State Department spokesperson Mark Toner said on Wednesday that Pakistan and India should solve the Kashmir issue together, reported Dunya News.

Toner was giving a press briefing as he refused to comment on question of extension of Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif. He also said that Pakistan suffered a lot in the war against terrorism and Pakistan is an important ally of US in war against terrorism. He also lauded General Raheel’s statements against terrorism.

Mark Toner also refused to comment on issue of recent deaths in Kashmir and United Nations (UN) resolution on Kashmir issue.
