India gives ridiculous response over Pakistani complaint of harassing diplomat

ISLAMABAD - Anofficial of Pakistan High Commission was involved in an altercation with an Indian woman in market place in Delhi.
The Indian lady complained against him in police station and took him there.
At the police station he apologised to the lady and was let off.
Govt sources have confirmed that there was no arrest.
Meanwhile Pakistani govt sources have claimed that he was arrested. Pakistan govt said that he was arrested & govt strongly protests this violation of the Vienna convention on diplomatic relations and reserves the right to respond.
