Pakistan winning hosting rights for Asia Cup 2020 has exposed Indian true face yet again

NEW DELHI - Pakistan winning the nomination to host Asia Cup 2020 has once again exposed the real dace of India.

The Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) has refused to come to Pakistan for the event.

BCCI has demanded that the venue be changed.

The event is scheduled to take place in September 2020 but India has already shown concerns regarding the venue.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is currently in the midst of resuming international cricket in Pakistan and this tournament would have been the ideal start.

Threatened by the idea of Pakistan standing back on its feet, India has always played its part when it comes to hindering that and it continues to do so.

According to an unnamed source, BCCI officials were quoted saying:

Playing in Pakistan is out of question and so the hosts have been told to think about an alternate arrangement.

This is not surprising especially considering the fact that Pakistan refused to travel to India when they won the rights to host the tournament.

Pakistan, at that time, was forcing India’s hand to play the bilateral series against them which they had promised.

Like before, this year as well, United Arab Emirates (UAE) can once again hold the event.
