KABUL - In Afghanistan number of foreign troops killed in 2018 surge to 17.
As per media report, a U.S. service member has died in a non-combat incident.
The NATO-led Resolute Support Mission in a statement in Kabul confirmed the death.
With this, the number of foreign troops killed in Afghanistan this year has surged to 17.
