Indian troops given license to commit brutalities in IOK: Yasin Malik

In occupied Kashmir, Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Muhammad Yasin Malik says New Delhi has given its troops a licence to commit brutalities on the people of the territory.
Talking to pellet victims of Indian state terrorism at SMHS Hospital in Srinagar, he urged India to acknowledge the aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
