Govt shows flexibility in appointing PAC Chairman: Qaiser

Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser says the government has shown great flexibility in resolving the deadlock regarding appointment of Public Accounts Committee (PAC) Chairman for smooth functioning of the parliament.
Talking to a private news channel, he said the deadlock was resolved on the condition that accounts of previous government would be monitored by a senior member of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf and remaining accounts by the PAC Chairman.
The Speaker said after appointment of the PAC Chairman, the legislation process would restart in the National Assembly.
