KP Govt spending Rs13b to construct Kabul River wall

The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is spending thirteen billion rupees on construction of protection wall along Kabul River.
A spokesman of Communication and Works Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa told Radio Pakistan Peshawar correspondent that works on construction of the defensive band is in progress.
On completion, it will protect Peshawar, Charsadda and Nowshera districts from floods.
