PIA embarrassed the Nation yet again

KARACHI: Pakistan International Air Lines has once again embarrassed the country with its lethargic attitude.
The Pakistan International Airline (PIA) has left a passenger behind at Jinnah International Airport Karachi and dispatched his luggage to Toronto Airport.

A Toronto bound PIA flight passenger was not present during take-off time and even then his luggage was sent by PIA to Toronto.
Station manager said that they searched for passenger several times and when he was not found then his luggage was offloaded. Moreover, an email record revealed that the luggage was not offloaded and it reached Toronto.
