PML-N gets a jolt in Sindh

KARACHI: Pakistan Muslim League N has got a big jolt in Sindh as it's Vice President has quit the party and announced to join the ranks of Pakistan People's Party.

Vice-president of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz in Sindh, Imdad Chandio has joined Pakistan People’s Party on Friday.

Chandio convened a meeting with Faryal Talpur, senior leader of Pakistan People’s Party in Karachi and broke the news about his shift. It should be mentioned here that Sindh president of PML-N Ismail Rahu had earlier shifted his alliance to PPP.

The development has come in the same day when PML-N chief and Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif addressed a rally in Jacobabad of Sindh where he claimed that the people of the province are disappointed in the provincial government.

PPP was elected to power in Sindh in 2013 and a targeted operation was launched the same in the province, especially in Karachi by PM Nawaz’s federal government.
