NA body on defence production admires professional capability of Pak armed forces

RAWALPINDI: The National Assembly Standing Committee on Defence Production admired the professional capability of the Pakistan armed forces and expressed its unity with them. A meeting of the Committee was held here under the chairmanship of Chaudhry Iftekhar Nazir.
The Chairman of the Committee appreciated the role of Pakistan Armed forces on their professional response to Indian aggression during the last few days.
Secretary Ministry of Defence Production briefed the Committee about the working and functioning of the ministry and its attached departments.
The Committee considered the Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) presented by the Ministry of Defence Production and recommended to include it in the budget for the financial year 2019-20.
The meeting was attended by MNAs, Prince Muhammad Nawaz Allai, Niaz Ahmed Jakhar, Muhammad Najeeb Haroon, Hussain Elahi, Salahhuddin, Saira Bano, Chaudhry Abid Raza, Ch. Mehmood Bashir Virk, Nasir Iqbal Bosal, Nadeem Abbas and Syed Abrar Ali Shah besides the senior officials of Ministry of Defence Production.
