PM office’s budget 2019-20 will be Rs862.8ml : Finance Ministry

Finance Ministry has said that budget allocation for Prime Minister Office for the next fiscal year is 862.8 million rupees.
Rejecting news published by a newspaper, it said the news of allocation of 1.17 billion rupees for PM Office is baseless.
It further said media should not sabotage the austerity drive initiated by the government by publishing such unfound news.
