Pakistan Head Coach Mickey Arthur likely to be sent packing home

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Cricket Head Coach Mickey Arthur is likely to be sent packing home after the World Cup.
The Cricket Committee, working under the umbrella of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), will meet Head Coach Mickey Arthur on July 27 to discuss the team’s performance during his tenure.
The committee comprising of Wasim Akram, Misbahul Haq, Urooj Mumtaz will be headed by the board’s managing director Wasim Khan.
The committee will evaluate the green shirts’ performances during the last three years.
The decision to extend his contract will then be taken, based on the evaluation report.
While Arthur has expressed the desire to continue working with the Pakistan team for another three years, the board has not agreed to it so far.
