Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz to be shifted to Attock Jail: Sources

LAHORE - NAB authorities have decided to arrest former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz after the plane enters Pakistan s airspace.
According to sources, a NAB team will depart for United Arab Emirates tomorrow where the PML-N supremo and his daughter are due to land for brief stay.
The team will present their arrest warrants to the airport authorities after which they will sit in the plane carrying Nawaz and Maryam.
The convicts will be arrested as soon as the airplane enters Pakistan s airspace. The PML-N supremo and his daughter will be shifted to Attock jail for security reasons.
Earlier, the anti-graft watchdog chairman Justice (r) Javed Iqbal said that the former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz will be arrested.
The NAB chairman said that the arrest of Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz, who were convicted in Avenfield reference, will be ensured according to the law.
