Big setback for international cricket revival in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Cricket received another setback as West Indies team refused to visit Pakistan due to the security concerns.

West Indies Cricket Board have turned down Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) proposal to play two T20Is in Lahore in March, ESPNCricinfo reported.

The decision came after a report issued by Federation of International Cricket Association (FICA), which stated that Pakistan, where no major Test playing nation has travelled after the Sri Lankan team attack in 2009, is still not safe for international cricket.
