In Occupied Kashmir, two-day shutdown is being observed from today against the Indian designs to change the demography of the territory by abrogating Articles 35-A and 370 of the Indian constitution.
The Supreme Court of India has listed the pleas against the two articles for today and tomorrow.
Call for the two-day strike has been given by the Joint Resistance Leadership comprising Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik.
The leaders in a statement said that India would not be able to break the Kashmiris’ resolve for freedom through such tactics.
