Opponents want to destabilize government over Panama Leaks issue: Nisar

ISLAMABAD: Interior minister Ch. Nisar said that we are fully aware about the conspiracies, being hurled against government while opponents want to destabilize government over the issue of Panama Leaks.

While addressing a press conference here at today (Wednesday) in Islamabad, he made it clear that Panama Leaks issue related to PM Nawaz’s sons, not to the government, so they themselves have to respond over the Panama Leaks matter.

While rejecting the speculations of PM meeting with Zardari, he explained that Nawaz Sharif has departed for London for his medical treatment because he has cardiac problem.

Unfortunately filthy game is being played by opponents over the PM Nawaz health issue Ch. Nisar said, adding that point scoring must be stopped over the health condition of PM Nawaz.

He further made it clear that government is ready to probe into Panama Leaks matter but investigation forum would be selected with the consultation between government and opposition and matter of Panama Leaks would be taken to its logical end.

Interior minister also told the names of judges to media person saying that Justice Nasir ul Mulk, Justice Tassaduq Jilani, Justice Amir ul Mulk Mengal and others had been contacted by PM Nawaz to become the head of commission but they refused to do so.
