Pakistani envoy takes a strong stance at UN on peace and security objectives

Pakistan has called for strengthening of the United Nations system regarding its objectives related to peace, security and international development.
Speaking at the UN General Assembly debate in New York, Pakistan's delegate stressed the need for inclusive and objective multilateralism system of the world body.
The Pakistan envoy also rejected the efforts to rebrand the Trusteeship Council to focus on the future, as its original decolonization work has not been fulfilled.
