PM Imran Khan holds top-level bureaucratic promotion board
ISLAMABAD - Premier Imran Khan has once again summoned a session of top-level authority board on Monday (today) to accord a final approval to the promotions of several bureaucrats.
The PM will chair the session and review personal files of the Grade-21 officers who are expected to be promoted to Grade-22. Secretary of PM, Secretary Establishment Division and other cabinet members will attend the meeting today.
According to details, the first phase of preparations to upgrade 25 officers has been completed. Moreover, the discussion regarding the promotions of Grade-22 officers will also take place during the session.
Sources informed that seven personnel of Pakistan Administrative Group, 14 officers of Secretariat Group and two officers from each group of Police and Information department are likely to get promotions.
In the first session of the board, the seniority list of 35 officers came under consideration.
