‘Pak-India tension lessened due to effective Pak diplomacy’

SIALKOT: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) President Barrister Sultan Mehmood has said that the border tensions between Pakistan and India have lessened due to effective, positive and wise diplomacy of Pakistani leadership.

He stated this while addressing the participants in Kashmir Conference here on Monday at Anwar Club Sialkot.

He said that the world highly appreciated Pakistan’s peace talks offers to India to de-escalate the prevailing border tension.

Barrister Sultan Mehmood, former prime minister of AJK, said that Pakistan had effectively responded to India over violation of Pakistani airspace.

He said the sacrifices of thousands of innocent Kashmiri martyrs would prove fruitful, as the sun of freedom would dawn soon.

Former AJK Minister Sahibzada Hamid Raza said that India had unleashed the worst brutalities to continue its illegal occupation of Jammu and Kashmir.

Former MLA-AJK Chaudhry Maqbul Ahmed said that sacrifices of hundreds of thousands of Kashmiris would soon bear fruit in shape of freedom of Kashmir from Indian yoke.

Later, Barrister Sultan Mehmood led a solidarity rally, taken out from Anwar Club Auditorium Sialkot to Sialkot Kutchery.
