Pervaiz Musharaf troubles to increase in Special Court Case

ISLAMABAD (APP): The Special Court will resume hearing of treason case against former President Pervez Musharraf for violating and subverting Constitution by proclamation of emergency in the country on November 3, 2007, Tuesday (July 12).
The three-member court is headed by Justice Mazhar Alam Miankhel and comprises Justice Tahira Safdar and Justice Yawar Ali.
It may be mentioned that on last hearing of the case held on May 11, the Special Court had directed to declare Pervez Musharraf an absconder and publish advertisements in this regard.
