Improvised Electronic Device IED blast in Swat

SWAT (APP): At least five persons including four policemen sustained injuries when their mobile van was targeted with remote controlled improvised explosive device (IED) blast in Behran area here on Tuesday.
According to police, the mobile of Behran police was in routine patrolling when reached at Mankyal area was attacked by unknown miscreants with remote controlled device planted on roadside. As result, four policemen and a child sustained injuries and were shifted to Madain hospital. The police van partially damaged. Police cordoned off the area and started search operation.
