FM Quresh addresses news conference

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said, Prime Minister Imran Khan will visit Qatar on 22nd January to discuss bilateral relations with the Qatari leadership. 

Addressing a news conference in Multan, the Foreign Minister said, Qatar has agreed to grant employment to one hundred thousand Pakistanis. 

He said, the government approached friendly countries to bring the economy back on track and resolve the debt crisis. 

The Foreign Minister said, Saudi Arabia extended 12 billion dollars package and China will give two billion dollars to Pakistan.

To a question about Indian atrocities in Occupied Kashmir, the foreign minister said, the U.N. Report vindicated Pakistan's stance adding that the situation in the occupied territory worsened due to Indian suppression. 

He said, all political parties are unanimous on Kashmir issue. 

To another question about formation of south Punjab province, he said, a separate secretariat is being created while formation of south Punjab Public Service Commission is also on the cards.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi sought cooperation of all political parties to create the new South Punjab province.
