Police official martyred in Karachi

KARACHI: Unidentified gunmen have martyred a police constable in a targeted attack near Landi Kotal Chowrangi in Karachi early Saturday.
The slain police constable named as Shakir was en route to the Gulberg Police Station for his duty when he was attacked.
Police officials said Shakir was shot in the head and died on the spot. Central SSP Rizwan Baloch said two 9mm shells have been recovered from the scene of the crime.
