Pakistan make change in playing XI squad for 3rd and crucial ODI against New Zealand

ISLAMABAD – Pakistan is likely to make a change in the playing XI squad in the third and crucial match against New Zealand today.

Fakhar Zaman to be included in the playing eleven for the third and decisive one-day international match against the in-form New Zealand.

With no wins yet in the tour, the Pakistani team will enter the third ODI with high hopes of keeping the series alive. Fakhar Zaman – who missed the second one-day due to injury concerns – will replace Imam-ul-Haq in the match.

Fakhar Zaman was the only batsman to make a mark in the first match. He had scored 82 in the match with five 4s and six 6s.

A practice session was held on Friday in which the Sarfraz XI trained for all three departments. All-rounder Shadab Khan expressed hope that the team will try its best to live up to the expectations of their fans.

The third match will decide the fate of Pakistan-NZ series at Dunedin.
