Donald Trump cancels his planned visit to UK

WASHINGTON - US President Donald Trump has cancelled his planned visit to the United Kingdom next month. He was scheduled to open the new US Embassy in London.

The ceremony may now be attended by US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.

Meanwhile, President Trump has lashed out at a meeting with lawmakers about immigration reform and said why the US would want to have immigrants from Haiti and African nations

He was speaking at a meeting with senators and congressmen at the White House to discuss a proposed bipartisan deal barring immigrants from bringing family members into the country and restrict the green card visa lottery in exchange for shielding hundreds of thousands of young immigrants from deportation.
