SRINAGAR - Two Indian soldiers including a commando were killed and another was injured in an attack in the Occupied Kashmir.

On the other hand, two-day shutdown will be observed from Wednesday against the Indian designs to change the demography of the occupied territory by abrogating Articles 35-A and 370 of the Indian constitution.

The Supreme Court of India has listed the pleas against the two articles on Wednesday and Thursday. Call for the two-day strike has been given by the Joint Resistance Leadership comprising Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik.

The leaders in a statement in Srinagar, today, said that people of Jammu and Kashmir will forcefully resist every effort by India to change the demography of the territory by rolling back the hereditary state subject laws by using its judiciary.

Articles 35-A and 370 are being contested in the Supreme Court of India through Indian agents. The JRL also warned of a mass agitation against any adverse judgment by the top Indian court.

Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik made it clear that India would not be able to break the Kashmiris’ resolve for freedom through such tactics.

Meanwhile, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred one more Kashmiri youth in Pulwama district, today. The youth identified as, Hilal Ahmad Rathar, was killed during a violent cordon and search operation in Ratnipora area of the district.
