Fire at New Delhi hotel kills 17

NEW DELHI: In India, at least seventeen people, including a women and child were killed in a blaze at Hotel Arpit Palace in a congested part of central New Delhi this morning.
The Deputy fire Chief said 35 people had been rescued from the blaze caused by a short circuit.
