DUBAI: Pakistan Super League (PSL) has been hit hard by match-fixing storm that was stirred up by bookies as two players have been punished with provisional suspension.

Bookie, Yousuf, met the suspended players, kicking up the controversy. His photographs along with the suspended cricketers have come to the social media earlier with the two suspended players.

Yousuf Bookie is a resident of London. He is a friend of certain other cricketers as well.

It should be mentioned here that Yousuf had earlier been a friend of opener Imran Farhat too.

According to the sources, Yousuf held a meeting with the players i.e. Sharjeel Khan and Khalid Latif in Dubai. Earlier, they had a drive through Sheikh Zayed Road and later, had meal at a restaurant.

On this occasion, the players were introduced to an Indian citizen NG–a bookie connected with international network of bookies, the sources said.

It should be mentioned here that Yousuf Bookie is a vital member of an international network of bookies.

However the presence of the Indian bookie behind the scene has given birth to the strong speculation that the Pakistan Team has once again being trapped by the Indian network of bookies in order to again malign the Pakistan cricket and the successful Pakistan Super League.
