Passports and NICs of proclaimed offenders to be blocked: Interior Minister

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Ch. Nisar decided to issue automatic and advance weapons licenses to media houses for combating the menace of terrorism. FC guards will be provided to media houses for their security.
As per detail, Interior Minister Ch. Nisar chaired a high level meeting here at Islamabad. State Minister Tariq Fazal, Chairman CDA Maroof Afzal, Islamabad DC, SSP (operations), SSP Security, representatives of private schools, traders and senior officials of Interior Ministry attended the meeting.
While addressing the meeting, Ch. Nisar ordered to cancel passports and NICs of proclaimed offenders and said that data bank of all proclaimed offenders will be set up throughout the Pakistan.
Ch. Nisar further added that we will have to win psychological war against terrorism as well because terrorists want to spread terror in Pakistan.
