Pakistan and India should settle down Siachen issue to save precious lives: Pakistani HC

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan's High Commission in India Abdul Basit emphasized on both countries for holding dialogues over the issue of Siachen to save the precious lives.
As per details, he was talking to Indian media here at Friday. He expressed his grief over the death of Indian soldiers here at Siachen. The troops of Pakistan and India are deployed in Siachen and they are facing many problems due to coldness and avalanches.
Abdul Basit added that the time has come now to stop the waste of precious lives over the issue of Siachen. He also recalled that PM Nawaz had pointed out this issue in his speech in United Nations.
He also expressed hope that both countries will resolve Siachen issue through dialogues.
