No organized presence of ISIS in Pakistan: Foreign Office
ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office spokesperson Nafees Zikria said that the dialogues between Indo-Pak Foreign Secretaries will not be suspended because both countries are in contact in this regard and the dates of dialogues are being finalized.

 

As per details, he was addressing weekly press briefing here at foreign office, Islamabad. While responding to a question about the presence of ISIS in Pakistan he made it clear that ISIS has no existence in Pakistan and there is no organized presence of Daesh in Pakistan.

 

He added that Pakistan supports the regional and international efforts for the eradication of terrorism and extremism that’s why Pakistan welcomed the 34 nation military alliance led by Saudi Arabia to combat menace of terrorism.

 

Nafees Zikria further stated that a roadmap has been framed for the Afghan peace process and four-nation group will makes every possible effort to facilitate dialogues between Afghan government and Taliban.
