NEW DELHI: A group of students held an event in the campus of Jawar Lal Nehru University JNU marking death anniversary of Afzal Guru.
Students raised pro Pakistan and anti India slogans for hanging Afzal Guru.
JNU administration has already ordered to investigate the event.
Delhi Police registered an FIR under section 124A of IPC and 120B against unknown persons.
Police claimed that they are examining the video footage for further action.
BJP National Secretary Shrikant Sharma strongly condemned the event and urged university administration to take strong action against participants.
Home Minister Rajnath Singh warned of serious consequences for the ones involved in raising anti-India slogans at the event in JNU.
