15 security personnel killed in Taliban attack in Afghanistan

In Afghanistan, at least fifteen security personnel were killed and eight others injured in Taliban attack at Khuja Omari district in Ghazni province on Wednesday night.
Deputy Chief Police Ramazan Ali Moseni said 25 Taliban were also killed in the gun battle that lasted till Thursday morning.
Meanwhile, an Afghan Parliamentarian, Mohammad Arif Rahmani said the District Governor, Intelligence Service Director and a Deputy Police official were also killed in the attack. APP/AFP
