Ban imposed on bringing explosive material in courts as evidence


ISLAMABAD: While taking notice of the bomb explosion in Anti-Terrorism court, Supreme Court Judge Justice Ameer Hani has imposed ban on bringing explosive material in courts as evidences.

 

As per details, administrators of anti-terrorism court across the country and Justice Ameer Hani took notice of the bomb explosion incident in anti-terrorism court in Karachi.

 

Justice Ameer Hani has directed Justice Ahmad Ali Sheikh, administrator anti-terrorism courts in Sindh to investigate the incident and submit report till April 16.

 

He further has imposed ban to present explosive material as evidence in anti-terrorism court.

 

On the other hand, Justice Ahmad Ali has formed a committee consisting of Sindh IG and ATC Judge Bashir Khoso to investigate in incident. Committee would conduct departmental inquiry against responsible of the incident and also file case against them.

 

It is also worthy to mention here that hand grenade was exploded during the hearing in ATC court yesterday and 5 men sustained injuries including Judge in the incident.
