ISLAMABAD - Federal Minister for Science and Technology Barrister Fawad Chaudhry has been served notice for hearing on disqualification case in Islamabad High Court.

Journalist Samiullah Ibrahim has filed a petition for disqualification of Fawad Chaudhry through his lawyer Rizwan Abbasi, in which Fawad Chaudhry has been accused of hiding assets.
The petition states that Fawad Chaudhry be disqualified by the Election Commission. Election Commission. FIA and others have been made the parties in the petition.
