PTI Minister Faisal Vawda lands in trouble

KARACHI - Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) MNA and Federal Minister for Water Resources Faisal Vawda has been issued with a notice by SHC on a petition seeking his disqualification over dual nationality.
While hearing the petition filed by Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Qadir Khan Mandokhel, the high court asked where is Faisal Vawda and directed that voice be raised outside for his presence. -
The voice was raised for Vawda but he could not appear before the court. The court said that notices should be issued to Vawda through Speaker National Assembly and Ministry of Water Resources.
The court remarked that verdict would be announced on available evidences, if Vawda does not appear till 13th November. The petitioner, Qadir Khan Mandokhel said: “Vawda will appear automatically if his assembly membership is suspended for two days.”
