Is Finance Minister Asad Umar defying federal cabinet orders?

ISLAMABAD - The Finance Minister Asad Umar has reportedly not implemented the directives of the federal cabinet.
Federal cabinet had issued orders for replacing heads of four important financial institutions.
The cabinet had decided to change those heads of financial institutions, who were appointed by former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar.
Information Minister Fawad Chaudhary also told the media about the decision.
Those officers included the ZTBL Chief Syed Talat Mehmood, SME Bank head Ihsanul Haq Khan, First Women Bank President Tahira Raza and House Building Finance Cooperation Chairman Basit Saleh.
