Dream of Naya Pakistan cannot be materialized without uplift of the poor: President

President Dr. Arif Alvi has emphasized on collective efforts for making "Naya Pakistan" where the poor has all the basic facilities, including education and health.
Addressing 11th Teacher Development Conference in Islamabad on Saturday, he said the dream of "Naya Pakistan" cannot be materialized without uplift of the poor.
The President said education, training and hardworking will contribute to making "Naya Pakistan" committed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
He regretted that twenty million children are out of school. He said child labor at houses is criminal, and the children working at houses should be in schools.
He expressed hope that real change will be visible within a couple of years.
Underlining importance of the role of a teacher, the President said it is teacher who brings major shift in life of students besides imparting knowledge to them.
He said innovation in education is opening new avenues in progress.
